INSTRUCTOR INTEREST APPLICATION
To be considered, your interest application must be complete. Submitting an interest application does not guarantee your class will be offered. All applications are reviewed individually. Applications must be completed electronically.

Once reviewed, you will be contacted by staff to be sent paperwork, answer any questions and look at available dates.

The following items are required in-order to instruct a class for the City of Santa Fe Springs:

-Each instructor must complete a Life Scan (City will pay for one per contract)
-Submit a negative TB Test (within 3 years)
-Submit complete Contract Agreement
-Submit W-9
-Hold required insurance (We are able to suggest SCMAF Insurance and can provide you with more information)
-Instructor determines fees for class
-Instructor is paid 70% of registration fees
