The Best of SFS - Nomination Application

If you, or someone you know, deserves to be recognized as "The Best of SFS" for their commitment to the Santa Fe Springs community, we invite you to fill out the Nomination Application below.

Nominees can be residents, stakeholders, or business associates who have made a positive impact on the Santa Fe Springs community with outstanding contributions, selfless efforts, notable achievements or milestones, or dedication to community service.

Selected individuals will be contacted and honored at a future City Council meeting.

Categories:

1) Exceptional Community Service: Individuals who have demonstrated outstanding commitment and contribution to community service.

2) Achievements & Accomplishments
Honoring individuals who have reached significant milestones or achieved excellence in areas such as education, athletics, the arts, or personal achievements, including special anniversaries or milestones.

A. Significant Achievement Misc. - Community members who have received a significant achievement or excellence in education, athletics, the arts, or other area.

B. Birthday Home Visits – Community members 90 years of age or older celebrating a birthday.

C. Milestone Birthdays or Wedding Anniversaries – Recognition of significant milestones (50th, 60th, 70th, or 80th), to be honored at a City Council meeting.

3) Acts of Heroism or Bravery: Individuals who have shown exceptional courage, heroism, or bravery in emergencies or community safety efforts.

4) Positive Impact on the Community: Citizens who have made a positive impact on the community through their initiatives, projects, or leadership roles.
