PARK APPLICATION

LOCATION INFORMATION
Fees are for 5 hour event block within park hours. No events prior to 9 am or past 8 pm.
A $35 per hour charge will be applied to reservations that fall outside of regular operating hours.

*Please note that rental rates for non-residents will increase by 15% during the months of May, June, and July. THis adjustment reflects the seasonal demand and applies to all rental agreements involving non-residents during this period.

PARK HOUR:
Peak Rental: Mid March - Mid October 12 pm -7 pm
Non-Peak Rental: Mid October - Mid March 12 pm - 5 pm

*Certificate of Liability Insurance is required for all rentals and can be provided by the renter or purchased through the City of Santa Fe Springs via a third-party provider.

*Little Lake Park Meeting Room may not exceed 6 hours of event time/additional seating on patio.

CANCELLATIONS
Down payment will be held if cancellation takes place less than ONE (1) month of event. 50% of down payment is non-refundable fee will be charged for event cancellation between one (1) month to one (1) year of event date.

I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT ALL INFORMATION IS TRUE AND ACCURATE. I HAVE CAREFULLY READ THE FACILITY RESERVATION POLICY AND USE POLICY, AND AGREE TO UPHOLD THE RULES AND REGULATIONS LISTED IN THE POLICY. I RELEASE, HOLD HARMLESS, AND AGREE NOT TO SUE CITY, INCLUDING PHOTOGRAPHY/VIDEO RELEASE, AND I FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS CONTENTS. I AM AWARE THAT THIS IS A FULL RELEASE OF ALL LIABILITY AND I SIGN IT OF MY OWN FREE WILL. I UNDERSTAND THAT THE CITY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE, OR CANCEL ANY RESERVATION, AT ANY TIME, RESULTING FROM CITY ACTIVITY AND/OR MAINTENANCE.
