  • *Please note that rental rates for non-residents will increase by 15% during the months of May, June, and July at Heritage Park Reservations. This adjustment reflects the seasonal demand and applies to all rental agreements involving non-resident tenants during this period.

  • Celebrations of life that do not occur within thirty (30) days of a funeral are considered a Special Occasion Event and subject to Reception Only fees.

    If Renter chooses to select a caterer that is not on the City's Preferred Catering List, renter must provide a copy of the invoice to the City and pay a ten percent (10%) catering fee to the City, prior to the event.

    Applicant must use a licensed bartending service from the City's exclusive bar service list.

    Fireworks of any kind are prohibited, including sparklers. Balloons may not be released on the facility. Candles are only permitted on top of tables and in a container to allow the wax to drip.

    Renter shall not drive or permit to be driven nails, hooks, tacks, pins, screws, poles, stakes, tape, glue dots, glue, adhesives, or other forms of fasteners into any part of the facility and shall not make or allow to be made any alterations of any kind therein. All décor items utilized by the Renter must be free-standing and remain unattached from any part of the facility

    The City does NOT provide an alternative facility in the event of inclement weather. The City reserves the right to cancel event due to inclement weather. Canopies or tents for inclement weather may not be used at the facility. In the event of inclement weather cancellation, the applicant receives all fees.

  • The City reserves the right to charge the Renter’s credit card on file for any costs incurred as a result of damages, vandalism, excessive trash, failure to clean and restore the facility to its original condition, unauthorized use of equipment or areas, and/or any additional time beyond the contracted rental period. All associated fees will be assessed based on actual repair, replacement, cleaning, or staffing costs as determined by the City. FILL OUT FORM BELOW.

  • CANCELLATIONS

  • Down payment will be held if cancellation takes place less than six (6) months of event. a $100 non- refundable fee will be charged for event cancellation between six (6) months to one (1) year of event date

  • I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT ALL INFORMATION IS TRUE AND ACCURATE. I HAVE CAREFULLY READ

    THE FACILITY RESERVATION POLICY AND USE POLICY, AND AGREE TO UPHOLD THE RULES AND REGULATIONS LISTED IN THE POLICY. I RELEASE, HOLD HARMLESS, AND AGREE NOT TO SUE CITY, INCLUDING PHOTOGRAPHY/VIDEO RELEASE, AND I FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS CONTENTS.

    I AM AWARE THAT THIS IS A FULL RELEASE OF ALL LIABILITY AND I SIGN IT OF MY OWN FREE WILL. I UNDERSTAND THAT THE CITY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE, OR CANCEL ANY RESERVATION, AT ANY TIME, RESULTING FROM CITY ACTIVITY AND/OR MAINTENANCE.

    • I,    *   *    understand and agree that I am allowing a security deposit hold on my credit/debit card for a security deposit in the amount of to reserve a City of Santa Fe Springs facility,    *     Pick a Date*      . This security deposit hold is due at the time the facility reservation application is submitted. I understand the City of Santa Fe Springs and Recreation Department will place an authorized hold on my credit/debit card in the amount listed above, and that amount will not be applied to the balance of the rental fees. In the event of damage to the facility, or if the City should incur any additional costs during the time of my rental, I agree to forfeit all or a portion of my security deposit amount. Should no additional charges be incurred, and the facility is returned in its pre-event condition, this security deposit authorization slip shall be destroyed and the hold on my credit/debit card has insufficient funds, I understand I am responsible for all costs associated with the excess fees, as well as any fees incurred from the collection of those funds.
