    • Renter shall be present for the entirety of the event, including set-up and breakdown periods. For weddings, if the Renter is the bride or groom, the Renter shall provide City with a single designee to serve as the representative for Renter's activities. However, the representative is not able to make changes to event date, times, and layout.

    • SPECIAL OCCASION EVENT INFORMATION 
    • Fees are for 6 hour event time, 3 hours of decorating, and 1 hour of clean-up.

      *Certificate of Liability Insurance is required for all rentals and can be provided by the renter or purchased through the City via a third-party provider.

    • FUNERAL RECEPTION 
    • Fees are for 4 hour event time, 3 hours of decorating, and 1 hour of clean-up.

      *Certificate of Liability Insurance is required for all rentals and can be provided by the renter or purchased through the City via a third-party provider.

    • BUSINESS MEETING INFORMATION 
    • Business Meeting Prices for the Pio Pico and Ontiveros Room are for Santa Fe Spring Businesses only.

      If purchasing through Santa Fe Springs, fees are as follows:

      1-100 guests with NO alcohol: $90
      101-200 guests with No alcohol: $128

       

      1-100 guests with alcohol: $134
      101-200 guests with alcohol: $233

    • CANCELLATIONS 
    • Down payment will be held if cancellation takes place less than six (6) months of event. a $100 non- refundable fee will be charged for event cancellation between six (6) months to one (1) year of event date.

      By signing below, I confirm that I have been informed of cancellations, had the opportunity to ask questions, and agree to abide by the cancellation terms.

      THE FACILITY RESERVATION POLICY AND USE POLICY, AND AGREE TO UPHOLD THE RULES AND REGULATIONS LISTED IN THE POLICY. I RELEASE, HOLD HARMLESS, AND AGREE NOT TO SUE CITY, INCLUDING PHOTOGRAPHY / VIDEO RELEASE, AND I FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS CONTENTS.

      WILL. I UNDERSTAND THAT THE CITY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE, OR CANCEL ANY RESERVATION, AT ANY TIME, RESULTING FROM CITY ACTIVITY AND/OR MAINTENANCE.
