    Welcome to the 2026 Art Fest Artist Submission Form! We're excited to showcase the diverse talents of our local artists at this year's event in Santa Fe Springs. Please complete this form to register your artwork for consideration.   • Steps for your participation:

    1) Complete the online “Art Fest Submission Form” 2) Art will be reviewed for acceptance. 3) Once accepted, you will receive an email link to pay the $20 submission fee if you are not a student (student submissions are free) 4) Label and pack accepted artwork for delivery; the backside of the artwork must contain: a. Artist Name b. Title of Artwork c. Medium(s) d. Size e. Sale Price (if selling) f. Contact Number 5) Pick up artwork after the exhibition (if not sold) 6) Prepare new artwork for SFS Art Fest 2027
  • 20% Customary Commissions:

    The Heritage Arts in Public Places Program will receive the customary 20% commission on sales during the one-day 2026 SFS Art Fest exhibition event. All money due to the Artist will be sent within 60 days of the sale. The sale of the artwork and its price are at the artist's discretion.

  • ART ENTRIES

    Submit up to 2 original works or performances completed within the last 3 years.  Works must be family-friendly and NOT previously exhibited at SFS Art Fest events.   All artwork must be ORIGINAL. Submissions that include copyrighted material—such as superhero characters, logos, or any other licensed images—will be disqualified.                               Format: All image and video files, or a link to the work, or both.                                                              Please format file names as follows:  Name_Title_WidthxHeightxDepth.jpg (example: JaneDoe_Flowers_5x10x3inches.jpg)

  • Donations are optional

    We’d love for you to be a part of our Silent Auction! While donations are completely optional, we encourage artists to consider contributing one or more original pieces of their choice for the auction. These donations will be in addition to the two required submissions for the festival. All proceeds will go directly to the Santa Fe Springs Heritage Arts in Public Places Program, helping to bring the arts to local communities. If any artwork doesn’t find a new home during the auction, it will be featured in next year’s Silent Aution.

    We will notify all applicants if they qualify to participate.
