Fees are for a 3 hour meeting block of time, 1 hour of set-up/clean-up in Hall; 30 minutes in MR1 Additional 3 hour blocks of time may be purchased.
Additional fee of $35 per hour will be charged outside of regular business hours.
*Certificate of Liability Insurance is required for all rentals and can be provided by the renter or purchased through the City via a third-party provider.
*Please note that rental rates for non-residents will increase by 15% during the months of May, June, and July. This adjustment reflects the seasonal demand and applies to all rental agreements involving non-resident tenants during this period.
